Hello folks,
Today I decided to stop using BIRT separate from Eclipse Europa and decided to put them all together.
So I installed the Eclipse IDE for Java and Report Developers
Below a small description about this IDE
"Java EE tools and BIRT reporting tool for Java developers to create Java EE and Web applications that also have reporting needs."
So, this version of Eclipse is perfect for me. Now I can have all that I need on the same eclipse.
So, what do you have to do to install it?
Download it and extract it to your favorite folder and execute the eclipse file.
I used the file below:
eclipse-reporting-ganymede-SR2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
Then I extracted to my opt folder and execute the eclipse file.
